Jennifer is a family nurse practitioner who is certified in both conventional and functional medicine. Jennifer has many years of experience treating acute and chronic conditions in adults. She is passionate about helping her patients discover true healing and prides herself in taking time to listen to her patients and working with them to meet their goals.

Carol has been working alongside Jennifer for many years. She has joined Empower Health to provide our patients with the best care possible. Carol has many years experience in the medical field. She has worked as a surgical tech as well as a cardiology, internal medicine and primary care medical assistant.

When she is not working with our patients, you will find her at Rice ISD working as a paraprofessional. She is currently attending classes to obtain her teaching certification. She is especially passionate about working with special needs students.

Cheryl is a Transformational Health Coach, certified in health, healing and nutrition counseling. 

She received her certifications from Trinity School of Natural Health and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She also co-authored a young children’s book called “Meet Your Microbiome – Your Superheroes Within.”
